Course Breakdown
Every session weaves together the big three: sleep, feeding, and development, through the lens of where you and your baby actually are right now. Red flags are woven into every session so you always know what is normal and when it is time to call us.
Timeline
Session 1: Welcome to the Fourth Trimester (Baby 2-4 weeks)
Your baby has never experienced the outside world. You have never experienced this. Let's start there.
- Why newborn sleep looks nothing like you expected, and what to do about it
- Feeding fundamentals: breast, bottle, formula, and everything in between
- What is normal and what is a red flag, the questions that worry you
Session 2: Finding Your Footing (Baby 4-6 weeks)
You are starting to find a rhythm. And then your baby changes everything. Again.
- The 6-week fussiness peak: what it is, why it happens, and how to survive it
- Tummy time, reflexes, and how your baby interacts with the world
- Sleep and feeding are starting to shift: here is what to expect
Session 3: Hitting Your Stride (Baby 8-10 weeks)
You know your baby now. They are becoming a person right in front of you.
- The 8-week development explosion: social smiling, alertness, personality
- Sleep patterns emerging: how to support and work with them
- Feeding at two months: what is changing and what that means for you
- Taking care of yourself, because the captain of this ship needs care too
Session 4: Re-entering the World (Baby 10-12 weeks)
Life is expanding. Let's make sure you are ready.
- Childcare: how to find it, evaluate it, and trust your gut
- Returning to work: the logistics, the emotions, and the mental load
- Pumping at work: what you actually need to know
- Closing circle: how far you have come as a family
Q&A sessions
The class is intended to be conversational. We will end each session with protected time for Q&A
Your village starts here.
