Emily Bronec, M.D.

I was born and raised in Oregon, and I grew up in the rural community of Sauvie Island where I did 4-H, raised sheep, and rode horses. I attended Willamette University for undergraduate studies, and then Oregon Health and Science University for medical school, where I graduated with top honors with AΩA (Alpha Omega Alpha).

I attended Seattle Children’s for residency training, where I met my husband, and discovered my love for general pediatrics. After residency, I practiced full spectrum pediatric care on Bainbridge Island at the only pediatric clinic in the area.

I returned to Oregon in 2016, where I have continued my practice of pediatrics.  I excitedly joined The Children’s Clinic in 2024.

I value relationships with my patients, and I strive to practice evidence based and compassionate medicine. I have a particular interest in neurodevelopment and neurodiversity as a mother to a child with a disability.

In my free time (do I have that anymore?), I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, being outdoors, running, reading, and writing
