Do you accept OHP/Medicaid?

Yes, we accept OHP/Medicaid except Trillium. If you have OHP coverage for a newborn contact your case worker immediately to obtain a temporary ID card.

What is your vaccination philosophy?

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes, virtual visits are available for most sick and problem visits. Well-child visits and physicals must be scheduled in-clinic to meet insurance requirements. Book online through MyHealth or call your nearest location.
