What we provide.

From Infancy Through Adolescence

Well-child visits begin at birth and continue through the teen years, adapting to your child's changing needs at every stage. Your pediatrician will help guide the schedule based on your child's age and development.

Growth & Development, Monitored

At every visit we track height, weight, and key developmental milestones, and screen for any early concerns before they become bigger ones.

Preventive Care & Vaccinations

Staying current on recommended vaccines protects your child and the community around them. We follow the AAP-recommended schedule and are happy to answer any questions you have along the way.

Time for Your Questions

Every well-child visit is your dedicated time with your pediatrician. We cover nutrition, behavior, sleep, school, and anything else on your mind, because informed parents raise healthier kids.

Additional Well Child Services

We offer additional well-visit services including sports physicals and weekend well-child appointments.

Sports Physicals

We make sports physicals convenient, completing required school and athletic forms while addressing any health concerns related to your child's participation. If your child had a well-child visit in the past year, we can often sign the physical form without a separate appointment.

Summer Weekend Well-Child Checks

Weekdays don't always work for every family. We offer summer weekend well-child appointments at select locations so staying on top of annual checkups and immunizations fits your schedule, not the other way around.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a separate appointment for a sports physical?

Usually not! Sports physicals are often completed as part of your child's well-child visit. As long as your child has had a well-child check in the last year we can sign the physical portion of the pre-participation clearance form. Please allow 3 business days for forms to be completed and ready for pickup or uploaded to MyHealth.

  • How often do we need to schedule a well-child visit?

Well-child visits happen more frequently during infancy and early childhood then transition to yearly checkups as your child grows. Your pediatrician will help guide the schedule based on your child's age and development.

  • Are there vaccines at every well-child visit?

Immunizations are provided according to your child's age and the recommended vaccine schedule. Some appointments will include vaccinations while others focus on growth, development, screenings, and preventive care.

  • What should I bring to a well-child visit?

We recommend bringing your insurance card, a current medication list, any relevant medical or immunization records, and a list of questions for your pediatrician.
