Bio
I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and I always knew I wanted to be a doctor. After college at Stanford University, I moved to St. Louis for medical school and pediatric residency training. While there, I worked at St. Louis Children’s Hospital in adolescent medicine, where I discovered how much I love working with teens and helping them navigate the challenges of growing up.
I found my way to the Pacific Northwest in 2011 with my husband, who is a urologist in the area. I’ve been part of the TCC family since 2013. I love being a pediatrician and feel incredibly lucky to care for children and teens at every stage of development. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is building long-term relationships with families and getting to watch kids grow into confident young adults. I’m here to laugh, cry, and figure it out with you as your family grows up.
I have two teen boys (my oldest recently launched to college!), a big dog, and 2 cats. Outside of work, I love cooking, reading, hiking, and trying out new hobbies whenever I can. I feel grateful every day to do work that I genuinely love and to be part of the lives of so many wonderful families.
I have a shared practice with Dr. Sara Cannon, who is a partner and mentor to me. We communicate well (and often!) so that our patients are well cared for no matter who is in clinic.
